Intro to Foundations (Ages 8-12)

A beginner-friendly therapeutic theater program focused on creativity, confidence, and emotional expression in a supportive group setting.

What to Expect

• Weekly group sessions centered on acting games, movement, and voice
• Guided therapeutic discussion integrated into creative activities
• Emphasis on emotional expression, confidence-building, and social connection
• A low-pressure environment with no requirement to be “perfect”

Performance Expectations

• Intro-level programs do not guarantee public performances
• Informal or optional sharing opportunities may occur based on group readiness
• Any performance opportunities are supportive, voluntary, and process-focused
